Chris can provide deep tissue therapy to relieve deep muscular tension or he can give a Swedish massage to help lower overall pain and address pinpoint areas using trigger point therapy. He uses a variety of myofascial techniques and tailors your massage to your needs. Also, because our clinic has a special interest in women’s health and pregnancy, Chris has had years of prenatal massage experience and has special pregnancy pillows to make positioning pregnant moms more comfortably.
I have lived in the Jefferson City area all of my life, attending Catholic Schools, and graduating from Helias High School in 1993. I enrolled at Metro Business College in 2006 where I received my Therapeutic Massage Certification. Family activities include: going to the LINC and relaxing at the lake.
